Rokt Announces Jacqueline Purcell as CFO
Australian ecommerce tech unicorn, Rokt, has named Jacqueline Purcell as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.
Purcell, has been working with Rokt since 2022 in a consultant capacity as interim COO and brings extensive corporate finance, operational, and legal experience to the role.

Prior to Rokt, Purcell was a member of the Investment Team at TDM Growth Partners, a global investment firm. Her professional background includes serving as CFO of high growth technology companies Deputy and Culture Amp, and working as an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s New York M&A team.
Purcell holds impressive academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Sydney and an MBA from Stanford University. Rokt’s CEO Bruce Buchanan praised Purcell, highlighting her strategic leadership and extensive experience, noting that her contributions will be invaluable as the company continues to execute its growth strategy.
