Caroline Rawlinson Appointed Chief Financial & Operational Officer, Culture Amp

Culture Amp, the leading people and culture platform, has this week announced the appointment of Caroline Rawlinson as its new Chief Financial and Operational Officer.

Bringing over twenty years of strategic and commercial leadership experience across international businesses, Rawlinson joins Culture Amp with an impressive global and technology background.

Most recently, Rawlinson served as Chief Operating Officer at MYOB in Melbourne, leading an Australia and New Zealand-focused software and technology business. Prior to her COO role, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer at MYOB. Her extensive finance leadership experience also includes CFO roles at Trade Me in Wellington, during this period, Trade Me was acquired by Apax Private Equity and delisted from the NZX and ASX and Formica Asia in Shanghai, demonstrating her ability to drive strategic growth in diverse markets.

With experience working across New Zealand, Australia, and Asia at senior management levels, Rawlinson has consistently demonstrated her capability to lead complex, global businesses. Her background spans multiple industries, including technology, software, classified advertising, e-commerce, and manufacturing.

Her strategic vision and deep commercial expertise are expected to be instrumental in driving Culture Amp’s continued growth in Australia and globally.
