Cherie O’Riordan appointed CFO at Data#3
After an impressive 32 years with Data#3, veteran Finance Chief, Brem Hill has revealed he will be retiring.
Australian business technology solutions leader Data#3 Limited (ASX: DTL) announced this week the appointment of Cherie O’Riordan as its new incoming Chief Financial Officer (CFO), commencing on 30 January 2023.
Cherie will succeed current CFO Brem Hill, who will retire at the end of calendar year 2023 after 32 years with Data#3. This will include a period of long service leave and provide sufficient time for an orderly transition to the new CFO.
Cherie is currently the CFO and Company Secretary of ASX-listed Cardno Limited (ASX:CDD) and is a Chartered Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Cherie has over 20 years’ experience in corporate accounting across a number of sectors and ASX companies.
